Make Coconut Crunch Cookies in just 10 Minutes

After experimenting with a variety of coconut cookie recipes, I've finally perfected my Coconut Crunch Cookies recipe. 

You will find it pretty delicious and simple recipe on the internet. Simply combine a few ingredients that are readily available in any home and bake it. There's no need to freeze the dough or do anything else time-consuming. So, for all of you, here's my time-saving recipe. I'm ecstatic to share my very first recipe blog with you all.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup ghee or clarified butter (butter)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup flour, all-purpose (maida)
- 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut
- Few drops of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoon of Milk (you can add more or less depending on your needs)


Directions:
Mix 1/2 cup ghee with powdered sugar in a mixing bowl until the sugar melts. Toss in the flour, desiccated coconut, a few drops of vanilla extract, and baking powder. To prepare the dough, mix well and add a few spoons of milk as needed.
After that, form the cookies and top them with desiccated coconut ( you can also garnish with some dry fruits ).
Bake the cookies at 180 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, or until they turn a light brown colour, as seen in the photo. Remove the cookies from the oven and set aside for 10 minutes to achieve the ideal crunch.
