Dark Chocolate Brownie Delicious Recipe

No other treat can compare to these amazingly moist and perfectly baked dark chocolate brownies, which are one of my most valued recipes. I finally have a deliciously balanced dish to share with you all, and I'm confident you'll enjoy it.
Every day is a brownie day for me. If you like brownies as much as I do, you should definitely give this one a try. These brownies are fantastic when served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The dark chocolate bits inside the brownie melt and add extra flavour, making it even more wonderful. Let's get to work on the ingredients now.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup powdered white sugar
1 cup all purpose flour (maida)
200g melted dark chocolate
100g dark chocolate (chopped)
1 tablespoon yogurt
2 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
3/4 cup of milk (according to your requirement, make sure the batter shouldn't be too runny).

Instructions of making dark chocolate brownie:
In a mixing dish, melt 200g dark chocolate, add butter, and stir until thoroughly combined. Mix in the brown sugar and white sugar powder until they are completely dissolved (add little amount of sugar, mix and then add more) In a mixing bowl, combine the yoghurt and vanilla extract. Toss the wet ingredients with the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix them together with a small amount of milk until they are thoroughly combined; if necessary, add additional milk. Add the chopped chocolates to the batter and fold them in.

Grease the container and pour the batter into it (at this point, double tap the container to eliminate air bubbles), then bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Remove the container after 15 minutes and use the skewer to examine the brownie from the centre. Allow it to cool for a few minutes.

This brownie is best served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, which improves the flavour and makes it a delicious dessert.
