Easiest Choco Chip Cookies at home

My first love is baking cookies. I simply enjoy conducting experiments to create new cookie varieties. This chocolate chip cookie is one of my personal favourites among all the cookies I've prepared so far using various ingredients and methods. And I'm certain that you'll use this recipe frequently as well. Since I made it without the chocolate complex and with just a few simple components.

In this recipe, all I used was cocoa powder and chocolate chips, and I assure you that the outcome was fantastic. If you love chocolate chip cookies like I do, you must try this. Making this cookie dough by hand takes less than ten minutes, and using a food processor, like I do, takes less than five minutes. Let's begin with the ingredients without further ado.

 Ingredients:
 1 cup maida
 1/2 cup melted ghee
 1/2 cup powdered sugar
 1/2 cup choco chip
 2 teaspoon cocoa powder
 1 teaspoon baking powder
 Few drops of vanilla essence
2 to 3 teaspoons milk (as per your requirement to make a perfect dough)
Note: all the ingredients should be at room temperature for the best end result.

Instructions:
Take 1/2 cup of ghee, add powdered sugar, and combine thoroughly in a bowl. Add maida, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips and use milk to create a neat dough. Create little balls out of the dough. To make precise balls, use a 1 tsp measuring spoon and bake them in a preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 180 degrees. After taking it out of the oven, allow it to cool for a few minutes before assembling your chocolate chip cookie.
